Diesel Oil-Fired Hot Gas Generator | Custom Solution for Sierra Leone Cement Industry

Project Overview
J.Parker delivered a full 1.9 MW diesel oil-fired Hot Gas Generator (HGG) system for a cement production project in Sierra Leone, tailored to adapt to local harsh C4M corrosive working environments.
The turnkey solution covers a complete package including a SUS316L stainless steel HGG main body, professional diesel burner, fuel supply system, combustion air blower, dedicated control panel, matched diesel oil tank, and anti-corrosion customized coating. By blending high-temperature combustion flue gas with dilution air, the stably operated system delivers a continuous and controllable hot gas output of 30,000 m³/h, supporting stable and efficient drying procedures for the customer’s downstream cement production lines.
Equipped with full intelligent control functions including fuel pumping, fuel pressure & flow regulation, pre-purge safety protection, automatic ignition, real-time flame monitoring, air-fuel ratio adjustment and constant temperature control, the HGG system adopts a standardized modular design. All units undergo strict factory pre-assembly and full-performance testing before delivery, greatly simplifying on-site installation, debugging and commissioning work, and shortening the project delivery cycle.
