MPCI Gas Burner

MPCl burner is a classical nozzle mix gas burner, force draft type, works for NG, LPG, COG, BFG, and other gas mix; firing capacity from 150 kW to 600 kW, cast iron body, MPCl can work with preheated combustion air up to 450 ℃. MPCI is flexible with different control modes, such as on/off, low/high/off, or proportional ratio controls. Equipped with different types of flame tubes, metal, SiC, or refractory for various kinds of furnaces, which brings short flame, long flame, or flat flame available. MPCl burner can be easily lit directly or with a separate pilot burner according to client demands, with an ionization or UV scanner option for flame detection. Gas, air orifice plates, and test nipples are furnished in the burner for easy settings.

MPCl burner is widely used in iron and steel treatment, ceramic industry, glass, and non-ferrous industries. Furthermore, for higher fire capacity up to 6000 kW, a welded cast steel body is applied; consult us for details with project demands.
