Dejong CBPM burner

The CBPM burner is a low NOx burner that utilizes premixing and fuel staging technologies to reduce NOx certation. The gas is divided into three streams: one enters the central fuel gun, one enters the recirculating fuel header of the axial fuel guns, and one enters the staged recirculating fuel header of the external fuel guns. The central fuel gun is positioned at the center of the burner throat. The recirculating fuel header supplies fuel to the axial fuel guns, which are each equipped with multiple fuel injection holes. These holes are located upstream of the combustion air slots, serving to premix the fuel with combustion air. Air enters the air slots from the burner windbox, which is supplied with combustion air by an external combustion air fan. Liquid fuel (if applicable) is ignited through the central fuel gun.
