We’re ready to deliver the complete flue gas reheating system for SCR（Selective Catalytic Reduction）, CRSF burner is installed inside the flue gas duct, reheat flue gas from 210˚C to 315°C, the burner system is furnished with duct burner, combustion blower, nature gas train and control cabinets, the burner is equipped with UV scanners to ensure 100% the flame presents, 3 cabinets are for ignition transformer, digital signal control and Fan control.

The pre-assembled gas train is furnished with inlet ball valve, gas strainer, double shut-off valve, pressure switches, leak detection pressure switch, pressure gauge, push button, electronic ratio control actuator and etc., it’s safely and preciously controls the burner and process temperature. The complete system was pre-assembled, painted, leakage and functional tested before shipment
