This cutting-edge dual-stage heating system is engineered to deliver exceptional drying efficiency and precision, perfectly matching the high standards required for lithium battery raw material processing. |
In the first stage of the drying process, 18 modules of HLPB burners work in tandem to generate a total heat output of 700×10⁴ Kcal/h, rapidly heating the inlet air to a stable 270℃. This high-temperature hot air is directly introduced into the spray dryer, enabling quick and uniform drying of the lithium bicarbonate material—laying a solid foundation for the subsequent processing stage. After the initial drying, the material is fully mixed with specific auxiliary materials and then transferred to the second-stage dryer. Here, an additional 28-module HLPB duct burner, with a combined heat capacity of 1100×10⁴ Kcal/h, further heats the air to 300℃, ensuring the lithium bicarbonate reaches the optimal dryness and purity required for lithium battery production.

Recognizing the extreme sensitivity of lithium bicarbonate to impurities, J.Parker has implemented strict material control throughout the system design. All burner elements and key components are meticulously selected to be completely free of copper, iron, and zinc—effectively avoiding any potential contamination that could compromise the quality of the lithium battery raw material. To ensure safe and precise operation, the system is equipped with a custom-engineered gas train, integrated with isolation valves, strainers, flow meters, pressure transmitters, shut-off valves, and load control valves. This sophisticated control system enables real-time, accurate regulation of burner operation and process temperature, minimizing risks and ensuring consistent performance. |
