At its core, the system features a 465kW high-velocity gas burner, designed to rapidly heat the RTO to 850°C — the optimal temperature for oxidizing VOC-containing waste gas. Once heated, harmful VOCs are fully converted into harmless CO₂ and H₂O, which are then safely released into the atmosphere. The burner operates with automatic modulation to precisely maintain the 850°C process temperature, ensuring consistent pollutant destruction efficiency.
Powered by the Eclipse TJ-200 burner and paired with Siemens LMV36 controls, the system integrates safety interlocks and electronic ratio control technology. This precision ratio control minimizes excess air intake, boosting thermal efficiency while reducing fuel consumption. Its wide turndown range also ensures ultra-tight temperature deviation from setpoints, further optimizing energy savings.
