We’re ready to deliver the complete waste gas heating system for SCR, HLPB burner is installed inside the waste gas duct, reheat the waste gas from 190˚C to 230˚C, the burner system is furnished with 2 units duct burner, combustion blower, nature gas train and control cabinets, the burner is equipped with 2 UV scanners and 1 ionization rod to ensure 100% the flame presents, 4 cabinets are for ignition transformer, analog signal control, digital signal control and 24VDC power supply.

The pre-assembled gas train is furnished with isolation valve, Y type gas strainer, gas flow meter, pressure transmitter, pneumatic shut-off valves, flame arrestor and load modulating valve, it’s safely and preciously controls the burner and process temperature. The complete system was pre-assembled, painted, leakage and functional tested before shipment
